We aim to please! If your items are received damaged, broken or lost, any claims must be made within 30 days of UPS tracking notification.
Returns Policy:
Sherwood Forest Design will offer an exchange on orders sent as gifts. Your item must be unused and in pristine, original condition before an exchange is made and we are happy to exchange it for the design of your choice. We would appreciate that exchanges be made within 30 days. Please email soli@
